1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using OlahKonten (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't sign up for or use the Service.
2. The Service
OlahKonten provides AI-powered tools to help creators produce multi-platform content. The Service is provided "as is" — we work to maintain uptime but don't guarantee the Service is free of downtime or bugs.
3. Accounts & User Obligations
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You may not use the Service for illegal content, hate speech, or to infringe others' rights.
- Content you generate is entirely your responsibility once published.
4. Payment & Subscription
The Pro plan is a paid subscription with Midtrans as the payment processor. Pricing details are on the /pricing page. Payment is charged upfront per cycle (monthly/yearly). Cancelling stops auto-renewal — the plan stays active until the end of the already-paid cycle.

6. AI-Generated Content
AI output is the result of an automated language model and may contain errors, bias, or hallucinations. You must review it before publishing. We are not responsible for the consequences of content you publish.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved amicably, or through the courts with jurisdiction in Indonesia.
